Returns

We only accept exchanges and returns for merchandise that is found to have a manufacturer's defect. In which case, we reserve the right to send our customer a replacement or refund...at our discretion. Sorry, we cannot accept returns because the product is not to your liking. We are able to bring our customers bottomline pricing and great customer service by only handling returns related to manufacturer's defects; or in which cases where we can exchange the product from our suppliers. Returns, Exchanges and Warranty For TV Projection Lamps:

Returns are handled through our RMA process. It must be started by a Returns Specialist by calling (619) 931-1616. We're sorry we cannot start any claims or RMA processes over email since emails are an unsecure form of communication. Once we receive your RMA Package, we will issue you a credit, partial credit, partial refund, or refund based on the terms discussed with the Returns Specialist.

Please note that there is a 25% restock fee for all opened, unopened and non-defective lamps.
If you require an exchange, please contact a customer service representative through our toll free or local numbers.
DLP lamps carry a 30-day "no-hassle" factory warranty. If you are dissatisfied with the product because of a manufacturers' defect, please return it within 30 days for a refund.
After 30 days, we are not responsible for shipping charges and we will only allow exchanges for the same product if it is found to be defective. Please contact Customer Service if you have any issues with product 3-6 months after your purchase for warranty claims. Do not contact the manufacturer for the warranty claim. We handle all warranty claims under 6 months through our offices in San Diego, California.

Returns, Exchanges and Warranty For Plasma, DLP and LCD TV Parts:

Parts may only be exchanged for similar parts. We do not warranty products to customers who are not a registered service center with our company. To become a registered service center, please send business information to support@discount-merchant.com and call (619) 931-1616 to order. We except no returns and do not refund after 30 days for parts.
