I need a TV part, how do I place an order?

There are a few things you need before you can order a part with us:

1. Part Number or Lamp Code and model of your television.

2. The actual part in front of you to compare with out database.

3. Technical experience.

First, the part number or lamp code will help us find the part you are looking for and the television model will help us figure out if the part we have will work with your television. We warrant all of our parts from being DOA, that's "dead on arrival," but we can't warranty a part that was ordered incorrectly!

Second, once we have the part selected, we will need to compare connectors on your television part with the one we have in stock. ALL of our parts are factory original parts. The parts come from new and refurbished televisions that have been damaged through shipping, such as a cracked LCD or broken screen, which rendered them unsellable and watchable. Last, we'll only warranty a part if you have technical experience or if you're a service center making a repair. We cannot be responsible for a part that is installed incorrectly as this may actually damage our part. Since some of the stock we carry is rare and valuable, we may charge a restocking fee should you return a working part to us.
