Typically we only accept exchanges and returns for merchandise that is found to have a manufacturer's defect.  In which case, we reserve the right to send our customer a replacement or refund...at our discretion.  Sorry, we cannot accept returns because the product is not to your likely.  We are able to bring our customers bottomline pricing and great customer service by only handling returns related to manufacturer's defects; or in which cases where we can exchange the product from our suppliers.
