After recognizing that I was sent a knock off Chinese lamp instead of a genuine Philips lamp and sent it back, I ordered one from Discount Merchant. They deliver what they promise with very secure packaging and clear instructions. Free shipping got it here in four business days and after installing the lamp in my housing, it is like having a new television.

Bought our lamp June 2008, it is Nov 2011 and need a new one. Was pleased with how it lasted a year longer than the manufactures. Bought one off ebay, dark, flickers, sending it back and buying another from Discount-Merchant.com

I was planning to throw my Samsung 50" DLP out as fixes can be hit or miss. After doing some research online, I was willing to take the risk on buying a new Lamp. The new lamp was an easy install and the TV works as good as new. Picture is much brighter and crystal clear. Very happy with my purchase and the quick service from DM.

Lamp died on sunday morning, ordered new lamp from here sunday night. New lamp arrived on Wed. and after I installed it using the ez to follow video guide on fixyourdlp.com, my tv is back and working perfectly. awesome service and very timely delivery, Id recommend this site to all my friends

After 4 years the lamp in our 56 inch Samsung DLP failed. Ordered a replacement lamp plus enclosure from discount-merchant.com and couldn't be happier with both the quality and speed of delivery. The part was extremely easy to replace and our TV looks brand new. I would order from this site again.
