Information on dicsount-merchant.com and fixyourdlp.com were exact. Simple replacement. Screwdriver and pliers only thing needed. Had to turn brightness down the new bulb is amazing. Great descriptions and explanations. Shipping was super quick.

Buying from DM online was easy and informative; excellent online instructions on how do it yourself section on there website make sure to take the time to read it. I ordered my lamp OEM replacement not Osram (big difference) online on 8-23-08 I received the lamp 2 days later, two thumps up for that. I installed my new lamp in about ten minutes, and now my Samsung HD is brighter and looks excellent, to me the picture looks better than when it was new because of the new Philips 132W/120W BP96-00826A Lamp OEM replacement. This company goes out of their way to help the customer and keep the price low and there quality up. Thank You DM, will see you again and I will be sure to recommend your company to everyone I know.

I can't thank you enough for your prompt service. My bulb went out during a storm on a Wednesday night. I ordered it the next morning - it shipped the same day. Communication was awesome, and I had the tracking info later that evening. I received the bulb Friday afternoon. My weekend sports viewing is saved!!

The directions to change the bulb was easy, clear, and worked. The 132/120 bulb is much brighter. The new bulb got here in 2 days. I recommend this company and paying $109 in stead of the factory $269-349 on other sites.

I ordered my lamp replacement online 5/31/08. Within thirty minutes I received an e-mail that the product had been shipped. I was amazed when I returned from work on 6/2/08 and the lamp had arrived. With the help from the guides at this site the new lamp install was a breeze. This is one company that goes out of their way to help the customer. Very efficient and easy to navigate site.

Buying from discount-merchant.com was a very good experience. the price was great. the information about the product including istallation instructions was outstanding. I installed my new lamp in about ten minutes, and now my big screen is brighter and looks better than it did when I bought it brand new three years ago. Thank you very much. I called them at 5PM Mountain Time and they were able to overnight me the lamp with standard next day. Amazingly fast shipping and great product. The lamp + adapter seems to work great. I want another one, but it's out of stock!

I live in Mexico so it's super difficult to get parts for anything down here. Luckily DM is just a few minutes away from me. I placed my order online and put a note saying I wanted to pickup the part. Within 10 minutes Arlene contacted me back via email and setup an appointment for me to pickup my lamp the same day! I placed the order around 9 AM, I got a response back by about 9:10AM, I picked up my lamp around noon, and I just got back home...it's 12:45PM! Replaced the lamp in like 5 minutes and now I got my TV back up and running ready for the SUPERBOWL :) The guys over there are great! It's nice to deal with a prompt and professional company for a change. I highly recommend these guys!
