My Samsung DLP went out on Sunday morning. I found DM.com on the Web and ordered by Sunday afternoon. A little unsure about the adapter for the smaller bulb, I called Tech support and got reassurance. The bulb was here in NC before noon Tuesday and installed in 15 min. Working fine...Thanks guys

My original Phillip lamp served me well after 9040 tv hours and is now getting dim. As the lamp was rated for 6000 hours, I felt it is time to get a new one in before it dies. Wow, I must say I am 110% satisfied with my purchase from this site. I was hesitant to order from here at first, because it was the 1st site that came up on my search to find a replacement bulb but it was well worth it in the end. The item arrived promptly through USPS shipping. Came within 3 business days just as advertised. The packaging was excellent, securing the bulb in the center of the box. They have the most competitive pricing, beating other vendors by a good sum. Would definitely order here again.

I ordered my lamp late on Sat 6/19 had it shipped USPS and it arrived Monday 6/21 at noon. This was much sooner than I expected. I read the excellent instructions on your web site and had the lamp installed in about 15 min. just as your instructions stated, I turned on the TV and it works perfectly. Thanks for the quick quality service
