We ship all of our orders using USPS and FedEx. After an order is shipped, you will have received tracking information. FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground can take up to 7 days depending on your location. Since we are on the west coast (San Diego, CA), the length of time FedEx Ground will take to ship packages depends on your proximity to us.
For example, if your offices are located in Irvine, California, FedEx Ground will typically take 1-2 business days, but if you live in Newark, NJ, it can take as long as 7 days.

FedEx 2Day and 3Day "Express Saver"
FedEx 2Day will take 2 days, and FedEx Express Saver will take 3 days, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Please confirm that we can ship out your package for Express 2Day or Express Saver before selecting any express shipping options.

FedEx does not deliver Saturday with Standard Overnight! With most locations, FedEx will get your package to you the next day, provided you order before our 12 noon cut off time. FedEx will deliver before 10 AM the next day for all priority packages to most metro areas. Some areas will deliver before 4:30 PM. Rural areas are delivered before 5:30 PM. USPS First Class Mail (FCM)
All orders under 13 oz will be sent using First Class Mail. Typically it takes 1-3 days to ship an item First Class. In most cases, we will ship all TV remotes and small parts such as bare lamps with FCM unless otherwise instructed. This service is not guaranteed by Discount-Merchant.com.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS typically takes 2-3 days to deliver priority packages and will deliver to everywhere in the United States. Please be aware that the Postal Service does not warranty, nor guarantee its shipments, so we cannot guarantee delivery, though most customers simply experience longer than normal delays in shipment when their package doesn't arrive as expected. USPS Express Mail
If for some reason FedEx Express cannot guarantee or make the delivery to your home or business, we may opt to use USPS Express Mail Service. Ninety per cent of the time it will get there the next day. Ten per cent of the time it will get there the second day. The reason for this is because USPS cannot guarantee rural deliveries for next day arrival. The common misconception for this service is that USPS will deliver next day. This isn't true! This service is not guaranteed by Discount-Merchant.com for overnight delivery. Often times, customers call and ask for "next day" service with USPS, and this is the only option available because of its cost efficiency.
