Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA Number
Last Updated 2/13/2009
What is an RMA?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. We issue an RMA number for every product that is returned or exchanged by an existing customer.

If you have a problem with an accessory, lamp or part purchased from our store, or through eBay, please be aware that our RMA process has changed.

RMA Process
We no longer accept RMAs without an RMA number. Receive an RMA number from a returns specialist by calling our toll-free number Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We need to verify PayPal and eBay information for all eBay purchases.

Please note: RMAs must include the RMA number on the package as well as contact information. Any RMAs utilizing our "Lamp Recycling" label will not be accepted since the package will be sent to a different field office. RMA's must also be tracked via Delivery Confirmation or have a traceable number through a major shipping carrier. If there is a loss package without a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for the loss shipment!

Steps to begin the RMA process:
1. Call us at (800) 281-8860
2. Describe the problem you are having with your product.
3. If your part is pre-qualified to be defective, we will issue an RMA number (as described above) and ask you to send the part back to our RMA department.
4. When sending the RMA back, please include your RMA# and obtain a tracking number for your package.
5. When we receive your RMA, we will test your part and then send out your new product at our descretion.

Please note that shipping cost will depend on your warranty status.

Send your RMAs to:
