Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are shipping to a California mailing address. Current sales tax rate is 7.75% in the city of San Diego, California.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	If you are returning a defective item, please make sure you have received a RMA number (returns will not be accepted without authorized RMA numbers!). Make sure when sending anything back to us, you use a shipping method with tracking capabilities. We will exchange or if exchange is not an option, we will refund your credit or paypal account within 7 business days. Refund credits will be made to the same account payment was originally made from. I.E., if you send us a PayPal payment, we cannot credit your Visa credit card, instead, we will credit your PayPal account.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged immediately at the time of ordering. This will allow us to reserve your stock and ship your merchandise as early as possible.
