I operate a small electronics repair shop and was relieved to find the parts i needed for a job at such a good price. However, it appears that the website doesn't update items they have in stock and after spending extra for 2nd day delivery i'm STILL waiting for it to arrive. I would have been better served staying with my normal supplier.

I was told on-line that there were over 100 in stock and that was untrue. They had none in stock. They offered to send the lamp only but I decided to cancel the order. It would have been nice to know that it wasn't in stock before I ordered. I suggest that instead of ordering online you call to place an order. The customer service rep that helped credit the order back to my account was very nice and helpful (I will give them that!)

Like the previous reviewer, I saw no progress on the order after two days, so after calling DM I was informed that they didn't have any in stock, despite the website claiming otherwise. They offered to ship just the lamp via free Second Day upgrade and refund the difference. The lamp arrived on time, but I still have yet to see the refund. While I commend them on seeming apologetic for the botched original order and doing what they could to rectify it, I'll probably be shopping elsewhere next time.

Ordered on 12/28/09 order was to be shipped same day, tracked order two days later only to find it had not shipped. Called customer service and was told "order had not shipped and basicly we are out of stock" when ask "when was I going to be notifed his response was sorry it looks like they failed to notify you. Order was cancelled and purchased locally for a little more money. Very poor customer service!!
