Your original Samsung BP96-001472A Enclosure has a Philips 132W/120W lamp inside. This particular type of Ultra High Pressure (UHP) lamps is call the E22LL (this is the name/form factor of the bulb).

Do not trust any other brand lamp inside your Samsung TV. Never purchase an OSRAM, LTI, APO, or other brand lamps...these are not up to the same quality as your original equipment Philips.

Life expectancy: 6-000 to 7-000 hours (but your mileage can vary. we've seen as little as 2,000 to as high as 30,000 hours)

6 month, unconditional warranty is included with each lamp enclosure. (Standard Samsung warranty is only 90 days!)

Great price, but took a week to get here with the EMS service. I've had the TV for 2 years and I'm on lamp #3. The original one popped in 4 months, Samsung replaced it and that one lasted about a year and a half. This new lamp is way better then the first two, I have to use the lowest brightness settings because it's way too bright.

They sent me the wrong part (didn't have the enclosure), then they overnighted me the right one (with the enclosure). Instead of sending the other back, I decided to keep the second as a spare. Got the lamp within seconds. I called back to let them know I was going to pay for the second one, they gave me a $20 discount on top of it!
