Very easy to install	November 16, 2007

Ordered the wrong lamp, they shipped a new one out to me FREE without receiving the old one back. When I got the new one, they gave me a return label and everything. All of this was done within days, and I'm surprised they took care of the shipping since the error was mine.

The lamp installed in minutes with my powered screwdriver! Great guides and fantastic support.

When i buy something online, I search everywhere...I mean everywhere for the best price online. I did the price comparison websites: Shopping.com, smarter.com, pricegrabber.com, amazon.com, etc., etc. I searched Google, Yahoo., MSN, Live.com, metacrawler.com, AskJeeves.com (you name it). Then I checked the forums to see where the samsung fans bought their lamps. Finally, I checked out blogs...All these pointed me back to this site. I don't know how these guys do it, but their service is awesome (they really do pickup their phones!), and their price is lower than anyone else by at least $20-$30. I wish I just knew about them the first time my lamp went out
