I called them at 5PM Mountain Time and they were able to overnight me the lamp with standard next day. Amazingly fast shipping and great product. The lamp + adapter seems to work great. I want another one, but it's out of stock!

I live in Mexico so it's super difficult to get parts for anything down here. Luckily DM is just a few minutes away from me. I placed my order online and put a note saying I wanted to pickup the part. Within 10 minutes Arlene contacted me back via email and setup an appointment for me to pickup my lamp the same day! I placed the order around 9 AM, I got a response back by about 9:10AM, I picked up my lamp around noon, and I just got back home...it's 12:45PM! Replaced the lamp in like 5 minutes and now I got my TV back up and running ready for the SUPERBOWL :) The guys over there are great! It's nice to deal with a prompt and professional company for a change. I highly recommend these guys!
