Housing didn't quite fit, but bulb worked great	March 2, 2010

I bought replacement bulb in housing BP96-00826A for my Samsung HL-R5667W 56" DLP TV. The housing I received was marked BP96-01073A (which isn't what I ordered but corresponds to other Samsung DLP sets). The fan vent slot on the new housing didn't line up with fan vent slot on my old existing housing and I didn't want to risk installing housing where airflow from huge fan inside my Samsung didn't flow across the bulb. I called Discount-Merchant and they were great! They suggested I do bare bulb swap into my existing housing which I did. Was original Phillips bulb replacement inside the new housing and it worked fine in my existing housing. And Discount-Merchant credited me for the difference between non-fitting housing and bare bulb costs so it worked out all around because Discount-Merchant was great to work with.

I called them at 5PM Mountain Time and they were able to overnight me the lamp with standard next day. Amazingly fast shipping and great product. The lamp + adapter seems to work great. I want another one, but it's out of stock!

Super FAST SERVICE	January 6, 2005

I live in Mexico so it's super difficult to get parts for anything down here. Luckily DM is just a few minutes away from me. I placed my order online and put a note saying I wanted to pickup the part. Within 10 minutes Arlene contacted me back via email and setup an appointment for me to pickup my lamp the same day! I placed the order around 9 AM, I got a response back by about 9:10AM, I picked up my lamp around noon, and I just got back home...it's 12:45PM! Replaced the lamp in like 5 minutes and now I got my TV back up and running ready for the SUPERBOWL :) The guys over there are great! It's nice to deal with a prompt and professional company for a change. I highly recommend these guys!
