I Needed A Replacement Lamp Immediately	March 19, 2009

I want to say thank you & I was so incredibly happy to see that my order arrived ontime & as quickly as it did considering I placed my order on a Sunday night. Doing an online search I found DM.com. I saw that they had the part that I needed & they claimed that they could deliver the part that I needed on time & that is exactly what they did!!! The part is exactly the same part that I needed. I actually saved money buying from you folks at DM.com for I was told where I purchased my Big Screen just how much this particular store would charge me when my lamp would burn out at approx. 2000 hours. I just want to thank you! Considering I placed my order on a Sunday night you had my part that I needed delivered & to my home within the 24 hour time period that I requested. From now on I'll be shopping with you all at Dm.com for my Big Screen needs! I recomend to everyone that's in need of a part DM.com. Shippings fast & their prices are great! Service & communication was great too!

Lamp Replacement	November 7, 2008

Lamp received in 2 days! Great service and price!. My original lamp lasted 2 1/2 years, and was still working. However, the picture had dimmed, and I had to run it at max brightness. With the new lamp, it was like brand new - had to resort to "Standard" video settings. Keeping the original for an emergency spare.

Great price, but took a week to get here with the EMS service. I've had the TV for 2 years and I'm on lamp #3. The original one popped in 4 months, Samsung replaced it and that one lasted about a year and a half. This new lamp is way better then the first two, I have to use the lowest brightness settings because it's way too bright.

I just bought my first DLP replacement lamp from Discount-Merchant and I am thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the competitive pricing to the prompt shipping, I'm very happy with my purchase. I will be buying another lamp from DM as soon as this one burns out.

The thing that made me really _want_ to get back on their website and write a review was that they included both a note and free pre-paid shipping to recycle my old lamp! Now THAT is 5-star service, going above and beyond!

They sent me the wrong part (didn't have the enclosure), then they overnighted me the right one (with the enclosure). Instead of sending the other back, I decided to keep the second as a spare. Got the lamp within seconds. I called back to let them know I was going to pay for the second one, they gave me a $20 discount on top of it!
