I was a little hesitant buying this online but DM shipped right away and I received the lamp in four days. Will use them again. Appreciated the packaging of the item also. Safe and secure.

You know, I hesitated to buy from a site I'd never heard of before. I spent 3 months trying to find a better deal and reviews as good as the ones I found on Discount Merchant. I finally bit the bullet and placed my order. My bulb arrived in 4 business days (CA to FL) properly packaged.

The bulb is working great! I couldn't be happier with the price, communication and end result. Even better still, they provide a return label to properly recycle your dead bulb.

One more very pleased customer!

I ordered this unit over the telephone 9am est. (this company is located in CA) Mario the phone guy was efficient with some early morning system problems. It took about 15 minutes to order over the telephone.

The bulb was delivered in aprox 24 hours and the install was a breeze.

I hope that this lamp performs as hoped. Thanks to discount-merchant.com for the technical information/ knowledge bank used to research my replacment lamping options....

I will be using yous team again.

Ordered bulbs online and received the next day. Worked perfectly. Good directions on how to install. Provided prepaid postage for return of old bulb for recycling. great service!!!

Needed a lamp for my 61" JVC HD TV. Found DM on the web. Ordered on their web site. and recevied my lamp in mint condition in 3 days, from CA to SC. I will use them next time I need another lamp.

Easy to order, easy to have delivered (used 2 day priority mail with USPS), easy to replace. I hope the review of this lamp is true, although this is only the 2nd time we've only replaced the lamp since we purchased the JVC 61" tv in 11/04. I will definitely use Discount-Merchant again.

Hey everyone, these people are the real deal. My bulb blew last friday night. I researched all weekend for the best retailer to purchase the bulb from. Being so expensive, I wanted to make sure I was getting the real deal. I could of got one cheaper, but I did not have that warm and fuzzy with that retailer. I did two day shipping and I got it this morning and within five minutes, I was HDing once again. Will order another once my warranty is up.

THEY ARE FINALLY IN STOCK!	February 21, 2008

Yesterday I saw the stock at 70 or more, so I had one overnighted to me. Today they're at 55. Well, after months of waiting, the stock is about to be 53 because I'm buying 2 more! JVC does a terrible job of stocking these lamps, so I'm picking more up immediately. Hopefully it'll last me another few years!

JVC DOES NOT STOCK THESE LAMPS...AND NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER...BUY TWO OF THESE BEFORE THEY RUN OUT PEOPLE!! I was without a TV for 3 WEEKS and I couldn't find this lamp anywhere!!! Shipping was super fast and nicely packaged.

Service from these guys were great. Stock was very hard to get. To get the best service, I suggesting calling these guys and ordering! I did that, and received really good service from them. The light bulb came a week after I ordered ( I live in Canada).

Installation was pretty easy, the most annoying part was that i had to reuse the lamp housing as the two big pins wouldn't come out of the original to put into the new one. I think i had mine swapped out within 15 minutes.

EDITED: Now they have the lamps in the enclosure...even easier!!! Keep a spare one of these on hand because you might not be able to find these anywhere else!!!! and these guys run out of stock really fast!
