Bad Lamp/No Replacement |

I bought a spare bulb from this company and had it on the shelf in the original unopened box for almost a year. Finally decided to install it since the other one was getting darker. The first few days the screen looked great but now the lower quarter of the center of the screen is going dark. I called the company and they said they won't support a year old bulb since it's out of warranty even it hadn't been used which says something about their policy if you were to buy two as they suggest on the sales page. I didn't think they would do anything but take a lesson here. Only buy if you are going to use it immediately and don't buy two.

I was a little hesitant buying this online but DM shipped right away and I received the lamp in three days. Will use them again. Appreciated the packaging of the item also. Safe and secure.

You know, I hesitated to buy from a site I'd never heard of before. I spent 3 months trying to find a better deal and reviews as good as the ones I found on Discount Merchant. I finally bit the bullet and placed my order. My bulb arrived in 4 business days (CA to FL) properly packaged.
The bulb is working great! I couldn't be happier with the price, communication and end result. Even better still, they provide a return label to properly recycle your dead bulb.
One more very pleased customer!

Just Got My Lamp |

I ordered this unit over the telephone 9am est. (this company is located in CA) Mario the phone guy was efficient with some early morning system problems. It took about 15 minutes to order over the telephone.
The bulb was delivered in aprox 24 hours and the install was a breeze.
I hope that this lamp performs as hoped. Thanks to discount-merchant.com for the technical information/ knowledge bank used to research my replacment lamping options....
I will be using yous team again.
